Define the window
Identify the dates, shifts and tasks where extra coverage is needed. Separate confirmed requirements from a possible increase. Give candidates a realistic description of assignment duration.
Prepare the site
Check orientation capacity, supervisor availability and the equipment needed for additional people. A larger roster does not create more capacity if the work area cannot support it.
Review daily
Use one contact route for attendance and scope changes. Compare the next shift requirement with the actual work remaining. Record changes so the site and worker share the same expectations.
